With over 20 years' experience in assisting companies achieve their strategic and communication objectives, Stuart has led in the creation and adoption of sales and marketing best practices. Stuart's career is marked by an early recognition of the potential of digital media solutions to drive companies'productivity and performance. Prior to joining Digital View Media, Stuart was Vice President at Euro RSCG Meridian, a leading consulting firm to the consumer goods and retailing industries. In addition to his responsibilities with Meridian, Stuart also served as liaison to Euro RSCG Partners, a true integrated marketing communications agency. In this role, Stuart identified opportunities with existing and prospective clients to create media-neutral strategies utilizing a variety of marketing strategies and tactics. Prior to Meridian, Stuart was VP of Sales for Gelco Information Network, a leading provider of trade management B2B solutions to the consumer goods industry. Previously, he served as President and Founding Partner of Performance Wave, Inc., which developed, sold and serviced the industry's first web-based Category and Promotional Management solution. Performance Wave was acquired by Gelco in April 1999. His early career is highlighted with positions at Information Resources Inc. as Director of Product Management and Product Marketing and the founding in 1989 of one of the first B2B multimedia agencies in the US, L.A. Tom Hawkins Chief Financial Officer

Tom Hawkins was previously Chief Financial Officer of NESTA (the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts). At NESTA he was responsible for managing their £300m endowment and overseeing a major reorganisation including the creation of a £50m seed and early stage venture fund. Before joining NESTA, Tom was a divisional Chief Financial Officer with Lagardère for 8 years, joining after the successful sale of a venture-backed business to the French-listed media and technology group. His experience ranges from start-ups to large multinational groups, with a particular focus on fast-growing global communications businesses, and has included spells in Paris, Hong Kong and London. Tom is a prize-winning chartered accountant. He has Masters degrees in Mathematics from Cambridge and in Management from London Business School (Sloan Fellow with distinction). |

Max Stevens-Guille Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining EnQii, Max was a consultant specializing in enterprise software,
focusing on SaaS and SOA architectures. He led development teams on customer engagements
in Transportation, Retail Finance and IPTV. Max is a sought after research analyst. In 2005, he researched and co-authored a comprehensive survey of the technology landscape for Don Tapscott’s IT&CA syndicate. In addition, he has authored articles on the application of enterprise and wireless technologies for a variety of publications. Prior to consulting and researching, Max was an SVP at Maptuit Corporation, a company he co-founded in 1999. Maptuit is the leading provider of navigation products to the North American heavy truck market and the largest provider of white-labeled real-time vehicle traffic web services. Before starting Maptuit, Max consulted on web and wireless applications in retail and finance. He led the launch team for Canada’s largest books and music retailer, Indigo.ca in 1998. Prior to Indigo, he was VP of Product Development for Visible Decisions, a data visualization company acquired by Lucent in 1998. Max started his career as a research engineer at Alias Research (now Autodesk) working on virtual reality and design evaluation environments. Max also served as the initial designer of Alias’ StudioPaint products. Max holds a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the world by foot, kayak, and motorcycle. |
